At Vinilo Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl arrives damaged or is defective, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your records are in their original packaging; items must be unopened unless they are being returned due to a manufacturing defect or playback issue.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent warping or corner dings during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed.
